我们通过 J&T Express 为所有新加坡地址提供免费配送服务。

• 订单处理时间：24-48小时（周一至周六，公共假日除外）
• 配送时间：1-2个工作日
• 所有订单均提供追踪号码
• 请确保提供准确的配送地址

↩️ 退货与退款

在原发货日期后14天内退回且保持全新状态的商品，有资格获得全额退款或商店积分。

• 退款将退回至原始付款方式
• 客户负责退货的运费
• 原始购买时的运费/手续费不予退还
• 所有特价商品为最终购买，不接受退货

All orders are subject to our acceptance. When placing an order, you agree to:

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including insufficient stock, pricing errors, or other reasons

🚚 Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to all Singapore addresses via J&T Express.

• Order processing time: 24-48 hours (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays)
• Delivery time: 1-2 business days
• All orders come with tracking numbers
• Please ensure accurate delivery address is provided

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

• Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
• Shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable
• All sale items are final purchases
